Privacy policy

What you type in to buy something: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, and what you ordered. If you sign up to our email list, your address and the fact you subscribed.

Basic technical data your browser sends — IP address, device and browser type — which is what lets the site work and lets us spot fraud.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's own payment page and are never sent to, or stored on, this site. We see only the outcome of the payment and the last digits of the card.

To take and deliver your order, to handle returns and support, to prevent fraud, to meet our tax and accounting obligations, and — only if you asked for it — to send you email about new products.

Only the companies that make an order happen: our payment processor, the carrier that delivers your parcel, and the providers that host this shop and send its email. They may use your data only to do that work. We never sell personal data.

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it; every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not required to keep. Write to support@glowtideskin.com and we will answer within 30 days.

This shop uses cookies and local storage for what it cannot work without: keeping your cart between pages and completing checkout. It runs no advertising trackers.
